Free to be!

For the red, white and blue challenge, I tried to think of how the colors of a flag make us feel. I thought of different words like bravery and loyalty and patriotism. But ultimately landed on freedom!

This is my interpretation of freedom and liberty!

My "quilt' is raw edged appliqued and I used hand blanket stitching to hold her in place. I like the red sun to help be her guide on her run forward!
